Inside this high consistency hydrapulper, the unique spiral rotor promotes strong circulation and pulp rollover, reinforcing mechanical friction among fibers. At 12–18% consistency, the chemical agents mix thoroughly and the high shear between fibers effectively detaches ink particles while leaving larger contaminants (plastic films, hot melts, staples) intact. As a result, the high consistency hydrapulper achieves gentle defibering, minimizes fiber cutting, and reduces downstream screening load.

The ZDSG series offers normal volumes from 5 m³ to 35 m³, with production capacities ranging from 20–25 t/d (ZDSG5) up to 185–260 t/d (ZDSG35). Motor power spans 110 kW to 560 kW.
