The felt loop connects with the forming part and includes a pneumatic guide, electric tensioner, guide felt rolls, high-pressure moving shower, and low-pressure fan shower for felt washing. The Yankee dryer uses rolling bearings and an oil lubrication system. The dryer hood removes moisture and helps dry the paper. It has wet and dry sections. The wet section uses breathing type hot air circulation and can open for easy cleaning. The dry section is fixed. The hot air circulation and heat recovery system give high steam efficiency.
