Our manufacturing process uses three key ideas: CNC cutting, automatic welding, and mold assembly. For CNC cutting, we use an ESAB CNC cutting machine. It can cut any shape of plate parts. The cutting thickness reaches carbon steel 200 mm and stainless steel 120 mm. The diagonal deviation of cut square parts is less than 0.5 mm. The cutting surface is smooth and clean. For profile cutting, we use high-speed machines. This ensures the accuracy of steel structure. We believe high cutting accuracy is the leader for later assembly and welding quality. At present, our plate CNC cutting rate is over 80%. For welding, we have made a big change. We replaced low-efficiency manual welding with high-efficiency mechanical and automatic welding.

We added many imported welding machines. We have automatic welding for all main parts, from boiler drum, membrane wall, serpentine tube to steel frame. We also use welding positioners to keep the welding in the best flat position. We strictly control pre-weld cleaning and groove size. This gives reliable weld quality. At present, the first X-ray pass rate of pressure welds by mechanical or automatic welding is over 99%. Our automatic welding parts include: drum longitudinal and circumferential welds; header circumferential welds and pipe joint fillet welds; pipe butt welds; membrane water wall panel welds; beam and column welds. For assembly, we use molds. This reduces the traditional scribing assembly. It eliminates scribing errors. It ensures the products are neat and uniform. We have several sets of assembly molds. They basically meet the manufacturing needs of our products.

Material inspection: We use an advanced direct-reading spectrometer to strictly check materials.
Tube inspection: For heating surface tubes with diameter below φ76 mm, we use 100% eddy current testing to ensure the raw materials meet design requirements.
Weld inspection: We have advanced large-power equipment such as cobalt-60 radiographic testing, 300KVA circumferential exposure machine, and 420KVA testing machine. These ensure the correctness of inspection.
Measurement: As a national first-class measurement unit, our advanced measurement and testing provide a strong guarantee for making first-class products.
