This Printing Paper Machine uses a fourdrinier and large cylinder structure, including an open headbox, forming section, press section, large cylinder section, finishing equipment, and reel machine. The forming section of this Printing Paper Machine includes a forming board, single dewatering plate box, wet suction box, and vacuum suction box, and it uses a polyester forming fabric with constant tension control. The press section of the Printing Paper Machine uses closed paper threading and a main press below the cylinder, with steam pressure loading for dewatering.
The large cylinder section of the Printing Paper Machine uses two press rolls, and the large dryer cylinder has a diameter of Φ3660mm, supported by a double-layer hot air hood for paper drying. The finishing equipment of the Printing Paper Machine includes a horizontal reel machine with a roll starting assist device, and it has a built-in moisture and basis weight measuring device and a paper defect detection device. The paper goes from the large cylinder to the drum reel machine. The Printing Paper Machine uses AC motor variable frequency sectional drive. The machine is arranged in a single-floor layout, right-hand type when viewed from the reel machine toward the headbox.
