The roll body is made from 20# seamless steel pipe, and the processed wall thickness reaches 13 mm. Its shaft head adopts 40Cr steel after quenching and tempering treatment to improve strength. The roller surface has 10mm thick coating for wear resistance. Both ends install bearing and bearing shells. The bearing shell material is 304 stainless steel, and the rolling bearing is domestic high-quality ZWZ brand. We use grease lubrication for simple daily maintenance. This wire leading roll passes dynamic balance calibration with G1.6 balance quality to reduce vibration during high-speed running.
