This rewinder also has many safety devices. The rider roll has a locking device. The push roll device only works when the rider roll is up and the top tight device is out. The clutch must be disengaged before the paper roll can be pushed out. The unloading table must be down for crawling speed and up for normal speed. The electrical control system uses ABB880 drives, Siemens S7-1200 PLC, and PROFIBUS-DP communication. The main bearings are NSK and SKF. The reducer is from Guomao. The motor is from Huanian. The encoder is from Linde. The tension sensor is from ABB. We supply the hydraulic system, pneumatic system, electrical parts, and other parts.
