The dryer cylinder is the heart of the drying section in any cultural paper making line. Our dryer cylinder set includes 26 precision-engineered units specifically designed for 3750mm face width cultural paper machines. Each dryer cylinder is manufactured to exacting standards, ensuring efficient heat transfer and consistent sheet drying. The first three and the 18th dryer cylinder feature hard chrome plating with 0.1-0.12mm thickness for enhanced wear resistance. Every dryer cylinder in this set contributes to achieving optimal final sheet moisture content and superior paper quality.
Each dryer cylinder is constructed from HT300 cast iron with 30mm wall thickness, providing excellent thermal conductivity and structural integrity. The cylinder heads of every dryer cylinder are also HT300 material, ensuring uniform heat distribution across the face. The shafts of each dryer cylinder are QT500-7 ductile iron with heat treatment, featuring 1:12 taper for bearing mounting and hydraulic removal ports for easy maintenance. The surface hardness of every dryer cylinder exceeds HB220 with roughness maintained at ≤0.4μm for optimal sheet contact and release. Internal turbulence bars of each dryer cylinder enhance heat transfer efficiency.
