We supply walkways on three sides, a cross-machine walkway, and a splash guard. There is a fan-shaped shower pipe under the lower lip. The forming section uses a single fourdrinier with a top wire. It includes a table frame, walkways, white water tray, forming board, dewatering elements, homogenizing box, vacuum dewatering boxes, wet suction boxes, and high vacuum suction boxes. The section also has a breast roll support with lifting, suction couch roll, drive wire roll, guide wire rolls, doctors, shower pipes, edge cutting water jets, wire tensioner, and wire guide. The forming fabric is polyester with a cantilever change system, constant tension control, and an over-deviation alarm.
