Pulping: the waste paper is transported to the pulper machine through the chain conveyor, the pulper machine includes Drum Pulper, D type hydrapulper. The pulper crushed the paper into pulp.
cleaning: move the high and light impurities by using high consistency cleaner, Low consistency cleaner.
Screening: M.C.pressure screen, inflow pressure screen and up-flow pressure screen are used for coarse and fine screening of waste paper pulp.
Refining: beating and improving the beating degree of pulp to satisfy the papermaking demand.
