It is primarily applied for continuously pulping wood pulp, mechanical pulp, cotton pulp, and waste paper pulp. By improving the beating degree of the fibers, this conical refiner prepares the stock perfectly for the paper making machine. It can be used on its own or in series with a double disc refiner. Our ZM Series conical refiner is built with excellent features to handle various raw materials. This conical refiner has a long refining area, providing fully process refining and a strong ability to cut fibers. The shell is lined with stainless steel, which greatly improves its service life. It adopts a constant power control system to ensure a stable beating effect. The rotor and stator of the conical refiner have various tooth patterns, making it suitable for different stock types. We offer this conical refiner in two main specifications based on rotor size. The smaller model has a 450 mm rotor, operates at a 3-5% concentration, handles a capacity of 20 to 60 tons per day, and uses a 110 kW motor. The larger model features a 460 mm rotor, also works at a 3-5% concentration, and handles a higher capacity of 30 to 150 tons per day with a motor power ranging from 132 to 315 kW.
