The V-Type Chain Conveyor is made up of several main components, including the V-shaped chain plate, the conveyor chain, the tension end, the standard middle section, the drive end, and the drive unit. The entire assembly is installed in a pit below the floor, with the working surface of the V-shaped chain plate level with the ground. The conveyor chain moves in a continuous loop, while paper rolls travel in a straight line on the floor surface at a steady speed. The gear motor is directly connected to the main shaft of the drive end, making the structure compact. The chain tensioning mechanism is located at the tension end and uses a vertical underground tensioning method. Tensioning can be done directly from the floor level. The bearing housings on both the drive shaft and the driven shaft are equipped with grease lubrication devices, allowing grease to be added from floor level. The V-Type Chain Conveyor also includes photoelectric controls for start, stop, and interlocking functions.
