OCC Pulping System for 330 TPD Packaging Paper Line

Our paper mill machinery includes a complete OCC pulping system designed for 330 tonnes per day packaging paper production. The paper making line starts with a chain conveyor feeding a D‑type hydrapulper for continuous breaking at 3‑5% consistency.

A hydrapurger removes light impurities, followed by a drum screen and a ragger/rope cutter for wire removal. The pulp and paper machinery then uses a high‑consistency cleaner (ZSC7, 8000‑12000 L/min) before the dump tower. A coarse screen (ZNS2, 2.27 m², 0.6 mm slots, 110 kW) and a reject separator ensure high accept quality. Fractionating screens split fibers into long/short fractions, each going through three‑stage low‑density cleaner systems and disc thickeners. The paper production equipment is built with 304 stainless steel for all pulp‑contact parts, 380V/50Hz motors, and achieves 330 t/d capacity.
