Multi-cylinder Linerboard Machine for Paper Mill

This paper making line begins with a two-ply wire section, where the bottom layer headbox includes a dilution water system for precise profile control. A vacuum pick-up unit transfers the wet web to a four-roll three-nip press section equipped with a shoe press, which delivers excellent dewatering and sheet strength. The drying section of our Linerboard Machine consists of many dryer cylinders and vacuum cylinders arranged in multiple groups to ensure uniform drying. After the moisture meter, the paper goes through a film transfer sizing machine that includes a paper web transfer box. More drying groups follow, then a basis weight and moisture meter, a controlled crown high-pressure calender, an online color measurement system, and a roll storage type drum reeling machine with a fixed paper rack. The first rack includes a pneumatic brake device for safe roll handling. Our Linerboard Machine is built as a two-level arrangement with a floor height of seven meters. The machine can be set up as a right-hand or left-hand machine depending on your paper mill layout.
