This breast roll has a diameter of 800 mm and a face length of 5850 mm, suitable for wide kraft paper machines. The roll shell is made from Q235 steel plate, rolled and welded, with a finished wall thickness of 28 mm. The shafts are forged from 45# steel, quenched and tempered, then CNC-machined with a 1:12 taper for precise bearing fit. Hydraulic dismounting oil holes are provided for easy bearing removal. The covering material is either grey diamond or ceramic spray, offering excellent wear resistance. Lubrication is grease-based, and dynamic balance is certified to grade G1.6 for vibration-free operation.

When selecting a breast roll for a kraft paper line, prioritize rolls with a wall thickness of at least 28 mm (as specified) to withstand high fabric tension and deflection forces.
