High-Grade Packaging Paper Production Line

This high-grade packaging paper line features a headbox lip width of 4150 mm and a wire width of 4400 mm, ensuring excellent fiber distribution across the 3800 mm net width. Operating at a design speed of 350 m/min (50 Hz) with a structural speed of 500 m/min, the machine is built for durability. Dynamic balance of rotating components is certified at 500 m/min, while the reel spool is balanced to 1500 m/min for smooth roll changes. Crawl speed is 25 m/min for maintenance. The track gauge is 5000 mm, accommodating a robust frame.

When selecting a production line for 100–200 g/m² high-grade packaging paper, prioritize a machine with a wide speed margin – the structural speed (500 m/min) should significantly exceed the working speed (300 m/min) to handle furnish variations. Ensure the reel spool balance speed (1500 m/min) is well above design speed to prevent vibration during acceleration. The 4400 mm wire width relative to 3800 mm net width provides adequate edge trim for good sheet profile. Also, verify that the drying section has sufficient capacity for heavier basis weights (150–200 g/m²).
