DCS Control System for 350 TPD Pulp and Paper Mill

The paper mill machine automation described in this technical solution is a full DCS system designed for a 350 tonnes per day pulping and approach flow line. The pulp and paper machinery control platform is built around a Siemens CPU1515-2PN controller with 12 MB memory, communicating via industrial Ethernet and PROFINET to ET200SP remote I/O stations. The paper manufacturing machine control covers every process stage: drum pulper, high‑density cleaner, coarse screen, light impurity separator, fractionating screen, four‑stage low‑density cleaners, fine screens, disc thickeners, and twin‑disc refiners. All motors are controlled with variable frequency drives, and every control loop (pressure, flow, level, consistency) is fully automated.
