3050/650 Fourdrinier Multi-Cylinder Cultural Paper Machine

This paper mill machine is a 3050 mm fourdrinier multi-cylinder design for high‑quality cultural paper including offset, writing, printing, and newsprint grades. The paper making machine has a net paper width of 3050 mm, a headbox lip width of 3400 mm, and a wire width of 3600 mm. Operating speed ranges from 500 to 600 m/min with a design speed of 650 m/min, dynamic balance of 750 m/min, and a production capacity of 150 tonnes per day.

The paper production equipment consists of a single long wire section 18 meters long with a top wire former, a vacuum suction transfer roll of 650 mm diameter, a four-roll three-nip compound press with rolls of 900, 1000, 1100 and 1100 mm, a dryer section with 12 VAC cylinders of 1500 mm and 32 dryer cylinders of 1800 mm arranged in four groups, a film transfer size press, an air turn, a floating drying box, a two-roll soft calender, and a reel spool reeling machine with semi‑automatic roll change. The paper industry machinery achieves dryness of 22 percent off wire, 44 percent after press, and 92 percent final dryness. Sheet shrinkage is 3.5 percent, and cross‑direction moisture and basis weight variations are tightly controlled. All roll dynamic balance is G1.6 and dryer cylinders are G2.5. The paper making line is double‑deck, right‑hand machine, with AC variable frequency sectional drives totaling 2754.5 kW.
