2640/500 Fourdrinier Writing Paper Making Machine

Our paper making machine is designed to produce high-quality writing paper and newsprint in the basis weight range of 40-80 g/m² with a net width of 2640 mm. This paper mill machine features a fourdrinier forming section with a top wire former, a four-roll three-nip press (Φ700/Φ900/Φ900/Φ700), 29 Φ1800 drying cylinders plus 13 Φ1500 VAC cylinders, a film transfer size press, a two‑nip controlled‑crown soft calender, and a horizontal reel.

Operating at 450 m/min, this paper industry machinery ensures excellent sheet formation, high dryness after press and final dryness of 92%. The air‑cushion headbox with automatic pressure and level control delivers uniform cross‑direction basis weight and moisture. All pulp‑contact parts are 304 stainless steel, and dynamic balance grades are G1.6 for rolls and G2.5 for dryer cylinders.
