Arc Screen In Paper Production Line

Arc Screen is a crucial multi-functional unit installed at various points in the paper production process. This Arc Screen is primarily used for fiber recovery from white water in pulping and papermaking, significantly reducing material loss. Additionally, this Arc Screen serves to thicken accepts and rejects from screening systems and purify white water for reuse as shower water. Its ability to perform fiber fractionation and separate fillers from pulp makes the Arc Screen an indispensable tool for improving product quality and process economics.
The operational performance of the HXS series is detailed below:
Available Models: HXS1, HXS2, HXS3 with areas of 1.26, 2.52, and 3.78 m².
Feed Conditions: Inlet pulp concentration ≤2.5%, pressure 0.15-0.25 MPa.
Throughput for Thickening: Ranges from 72-108 m³/h (HXS1) to 216-324 m³/h (HXS3).
Throughput for White Water Recovery: Ranges from 108-180 m³/h (HXS1) to 324-540 m³/h (HXS3).
Screen Slot Sizes: 0.15-0.3mm for thickening, 0.05-0.2mm for white water recovery.
