An accumulator, directional valves, speed control valves, check valves, and pressure gauges are included. The system has cooling and heating devices along with a junction box. It links with the DCS and MCS systems and reserves an Ethernet interface. It features shock protection. The cooler uses a stainless steel plate type. We use stainless steel for the pumps, valves, pipes, and fittings. The pipe supports use stainless steel, and we use bite-type hydraulic fittings with O-rings. The system pressure uses a proportional relief valve for remote control with closed-loop control. Pressure on both sides of the press points is remotely controlled by proportional pressure valves.

The return oil system has a low-pressure filter, and the supply system has a high-pressure filter. An air filter is on the tank. All filters have differential pressure alarms. Oil temperature is kept below the limit using sensors and cooling or heating devices. Pressure sensors are on the main system and each press point to send alarms if pressure changes. A low oil level sensor sends an alarm if oil is low. An accumulator prevents hydraulic shocks, and there is an emergency stop pressure relief control.
