Vacuum Couch Roll in Corrugated Paper Making Line
Our company offers an advanced Vacuum Couch Roll designed to be a key component in the wire section of your paper making line. This Vacuum Couch Roll serves two important purposes: it removes water from the wet paper web and helps transfer the sheet to the press section. As a critical piece of paper manufacturing machine, our Vacuum Couch Roll uses vacuum suction to hold the paper against the forming fabric and guide it forward with minimal effort. The shell of this Vacuum Couch Roll is made from high-grade stainless steel, which gives it excellent resistance to corrosion and wear. The suction box inside the Vacuum Couch Roll is fabricated from welded stainless steel and has a double-chamber design for effective water extraction. The roll surface is drilled with a double spiral hole pattern that allows water to drain quickly and evenly across the full width. Our Vacuum Couch Roll also features a worm gear on the operating side that allows you to adjust the suction angle to suit different paper grades and machine speeds. The sealing system uses an air tube to press the seal strip against the roll, and the seal strip is made from a special blend of polyester, resin, and graphite for long life and reliable performance.
