Inflow Pressure Screen for Paper Machine

The inflow pressure screen uses an inward flow design where pulp enters tangentially outside the screen drum, and qualified pulp passes through the sieve seam using the pressure difference between inside and outside. Our inflow pressure screen is especially suitable as the net filter before the paper machine, providing low pulse and stable pulp flow that improves wire formation and paper quality. The inflow pressure screen features a rotating blade outside the screen drum that produces a moderate pressure to improve circulation flow and creates a negative pressure for backwashing the sieve seam, preventing blockage. Our inflow pressure screen has an advanced structure that is sturdy and durable, with convenient disassembly and assembly, simple operation, and fewer malfunctions for continuous working.
