This hot calender incorporates an 11-zone controlled crown roll with alloy copper hydrostatic bearings for precise S-shaped profile correction. The self-assembled hydraulic system of this hot calender includes a large 304 stainless steel tank (1500×2400×750mm) with 3-micron filtration and Hawe digital proportional valves for precise control. The integrated PID-controlled thermal oil system and unified HMI make this hot calender exceptionally user-friendly and accurate.
