4400mm Corrugated Paper Machine for Heavy Duty Packaging Board
The modern corrugated paper machine is specifically engineered for producing high-strength fluting medium and linerboard from recycled OCC and mixed waste paper. This paper mill machine features a hydraulic headbox with precision slice adjustment, ensuring excellent fiber distribution and uniform formation across the full width. The corrugated paper machine’s extended fourdrinier wire section, combined with ceramic dewatering elements and multiple vacuum boxes, achieves superior water removal before the press section, significantly reducing steam demand.
A two-nip press section with large-diameter blind drilled rolls applies gentle yet effective dewatering, preserving fiber length and sheet bulk. The corrugated paper machine integrates vacuum cylinders in the pre-drying section to enhance heat transfer and lower energy consumption. An inclined surface sizing machine with pneumatic loading applies starch evenly to both sides, improving ring crush and flat crush resistance. Designed for continuous operation, this corrugated paper machine includes a rope-less tail threading system and automatic roll ejection, minimizing downtime and maximizing output for containerboard mills.
