This corrugated paper making line integrates many sections into one production line: a hydraulic headbox with adjustable lip for uniform fiber distribution; a forming section with a 21-meter wire table, full-ceramic dewatering elements, a vacuum couch roll, and multiple guide rolls; a press section with two vacuum pickup transfers and two large-diameter blind-drilled press rolls that effectively remove water from the sheet; a dryer section with 37 drying cylinders and 8 VAC cylinders arranged in seven groups; a surface sizing machine with inclined rolls that applies starch coating for improved strength; and a reel drum-type reeling machine with automatic roll change. This corrugated paper making line also includes a central lubrication system, hydraulic system, pneumatic controls, and a cordless paper leading system. The whole corrugated paper making line is driven by AC variable frequency sectional drives that provide precise speed control and load sharing between sections.
