D type hydrapulper pulping system contain Chain conveyor, D type hydrapulper, Sediment well, Reject separator, Drum screen, ZTS Series ragger, Rope cutter, Grapple.

The working process is Chain conveyor–D type hydrapulper–Sediment well–Reject separator–Drum screen. Rope cutter machine and Ragger used as supporting equipment to pull the rope out of the hydrapulper, rope cutter machine cut to facilitate transport

Chain conveyor: feeding capacity=60~600t/d

D type hydrapulper: C=3~5%, production capacity: 30~1200t/d

Reject separator: capacity； 15~60t/d

Drum screen: passing capacity: 3000~12000m/min
