Raw material: wood pulp

Capacity: 30t/18h

Main equipment: Chain conveyor, D type hydrapulper, High density cleaner, conical refiner, Double disc refiner, Pressure screen before paper machine.

Chain conveyor: mainly used to translate the raw material to the pulper equipment, has advantages of large capacity, less wear, high efficiency, etc.

D type hydrapulper: this pulper machine can pulping the waste paper, the use of D-type structure, improve the efficiency, can be used for pulping waste paper & wet strength paper.

High density cleaner: generally used after the pulper equipment, can remove all kinds of heavy impurities in paper pulp, the barrel is wear-resistant stainless steel, long service life.

conical refiner:  conical refiner machine is mainly used for coarse and fine screening of pulp, broke paper, recycled pulp, can be used for long fiber pulping, like paper pulp, wood pulp and hemp pulp.

Double disc refiner: used for continuous pulping of chemical wood pulp, mechanical pulp and recycled pulp, the concentration of 3% -5%, is an ideal pulp equipment.
