Zhengzhou Leizhan & Changzhou Yingzhong Sign Landmark Insulating Paper Project Contract

Zhengzhou Leizhan Machinery and Changzhou Yingzhong Electric Co., Ltd. have formalized a contract to deliver three complete pulp preparation systems for insulating board specialty paper production. This collaboration reinforces Leizhan’s dominance in China’s pulp equipment sector while expanding its footprint in high-value specialty paper markets.

The project will feature Leizhan’s advanced energy-saving solutions, including:

1. PX Eccentric Rotor Pulper: 25% improved energy efficiency

2. RF Double Disc Refiner: Single-inlet/double-outlet design reduces fiber damage and achieves ±1°SR beating precision

3. Smart Headbox System: Low-pulse internal pressure screen technology to enhance paper uniformity

Established in 1984, Changzhou Yingzhong Electric operates three subsidiaries across China and specializes in ultra/extra-high voltage transformer insulation materials. The company holds multiple provincial and national technical certifications, including National Torch Program High-Tech Enterprise status (2014).

Zhengzhou Leizhan, a national high-tech enterprise commanding over 35% of China’s pulp equipment market since 2018, will leverage its global service network spanning 58 countries to support this project.

This partnership marks a critical advancement in China’s specialty paper manufacturing capabilities, combining Yingzhong’s expertise in high-voltage insulation materials with Leizhan’s technological leadership in sustainable pulp processing solutions.
