60T/18H Corrugated Paper Making Line In UAE

In June, 2016, Leizhan signed a contract with United Arab Emirates paper mill on supplying full set of 60T/18H corrugated paper making line for UAE customer. Leizhan provided United Arab Emirates customer with a complete 60t/18h corrugated paper pulp processing line and corrugated paper making machine for its new plant.

Machine and equipment Leizhan delivered to UAE customer contains Chain conveyor, D type hydrapulper, Mid consistency pressure screen, High density cleaner, Low density cleaner, Reject separator, Pulp pump, Inflow pressure screen, etc.

D type hydrapulper used for pulping waste paper with increased production capacity and improved end products quality.
Mid consistency pressure screen used for coarse and fine screening of waste paper pulp.
High density cleaner for removing heavy impurities like staple, glasses, sand and so on effectively.

Corrugated Paper Making Machine

Leizhan corrugated paper making machine can produce 15-500t/d high strength corrugated paper at working speed range of 100-800m/min. Leizhan corrugated paper machine has a trimmed width range of 1575-5800 and basic weight range of 60-150g/m².
