Pulp Machine Ragger in Stock Preparation Line

The ragger provides significant advantages in contaminant removal through its innovative rope twisting mechanism and precise operational control. This ragger effectively extracts long fibrous impurities and metal contaminants that could damage downstream equipment. Ragger maintains consistent performance through adjustable operation intervals and reversible operation capabilities.

Operational procedures require preparing a 40mm diameter coir rope over 5 meters long placing it on the winch and rollers then lowering the pressure wheel for reverse operation until the rope reaches 0.5m from the rotor. For trial production fifty cut iron wires are divided into five sections spaced 30mm apart and fixed to the rope end with bent tips forming anchor shapes. After raising the pressure wheel via handwheel and positioning the anchored rope the ragger lowers the pressure wheel and starts the rope machine feeding the rope into the tank maintaining 0.5m distance from the rotor. If twisting fails the ragger should stop and reverse to return to starting position with immediate feeding and water stoppage if rope breaks until the hydrapulper stops for rope entanglement removal.
