Paper Pulp Pressure Screen
The primary purpose of utilizing the inflow pressure screen is to effectively screen low-consistency slurry prior to its introduction into the paper machine. This screening process helps in efficiently eliminating impurities while dispersing slurry clumps, aiding in the enhancement of paper quality.
The inflow pressure screen is designed to effectively handle pulp containing larger-sized impurities, including packaging pulp. On the other hand, the external flow pressure screen is more suitable for processing high-quality pulp that requires a higher level of purity, such as white cardboard.
In terms of flow direction, the inflow pressure screen operates with pulp entering the central area of the screen surface and flowing out through the screen holes from the inside to the outside. Conversely, the external flow pressure screen operates with pulp entering from the outside of the screen surface and passing through the screen holes to flow out internally.
Furthermore, the inflow pressure screen finds applications in the fine screening section of the deinking system, where it plays a crucial role in eliminating unwanted substances such as stickies and ink particles. Email: leizhanworld@gmail.com
