Broke Pulper For Paper Mill
Broke refers to paper waste generated during the manufacturing or finishing process in a paper mill. The broke system is designed to collect and recycle this paper waste for reuse in paper production. Paper Broke is typically generated at various points throughout the production process.
1. In the Wire Section : Trim
2. In the paper machine during web breaks
3. On Rolls : Parent roll surface and base
4. On the winder : Trim
5. From the rejected paper rolls
6. In the plant : Cuttings
Broke System can be devided into two main parts.
* The Pulper System involves dissolving paper waste, known as broke, from the paper machine and finishing processes into a pulp mixture. This mixture is then transferred through a storage tank into the system for managing and handling paper waste.
*
The Broke Handling System processes and stores recycled paper waste, such as pulped coated or machine waste, for reuse in adding pulp to the paper machine.
The structure of the broke system depends on the final paper grade to be produced. Welcome to contact us for more details: Email address: leizhanworld@gmail.com
