Pulping preparation project

Raw material: Locc(waste paper)

Finished production: kraft paper

Capacity production: 150t/20h

Main equipment

Chain conveyor: Convey raw material into drum pulper for pulping, this equipment adopt chain plate delivery, has advantages of large capacity.

Drum pulper: continuous gentle pulping and coarse screening of waste paper, has three parts: prepreg area, broken area, screening area.

High density cleaner: improve heavy impurities, used behind drum pulper.

Mid consistency coarse screen: used behind high density cleaner for coarse screening.

Single effect fiber separator: used for secondary breaking and screening of waste paper pulp, separating the light and heavy impurities from pulp.

Reject separator: used for fiber relief and impurities separate for tailing in the coarse screen system.

Low density cleaner: used front fine screen, improve impurities

1st stage M.C. fine screen, 2st stage M.C. fine screen: used for fine screening.
