120T/D Corrugated Paper Pulping Project
The pulping process consists of three systems: broken of the waste paper, waste paper screening and purification of waste paper, we supply this project to introduce about paper pulping process.

Raw material: LOCC(waste paper)
Capacity: 120t/d
Finished paper: corrugated paper
1. Broken of waste paper: use the Chain conveyor to convey the waste paper into the D type hydrapulper for pulping. The crushed slurry is pumped to the next step through a pulper sieve at a concentration of 3 to 5%. Not through the sieve plate impurities, after the continuous production for some time (usually 3 to 6 hours), stop for cleaning.
2. Waste pulp screening, purification treatment: the slurry after the pulper is pumped to the high density cleaner and then into an inclined screen to raise the slurry concentration to a concentration 3 to 5% and flow into the coarse sieve for storage. The bottom of the coarse sieve is pumped to the ¢ 2.2 mm medium pressure screen for further processing, and the qualified slurry enters the next process. Impurities and not clean well slurry is into the Reject separator to re-ease and remove, good pulp back to the slanting under the slurry tank.
3. the tail pulp into a small inclined screen concentrated to 3% concentration, pumped to double-disc refiner for semen processing, improve Paper quality. The good pulp enters the pulp tank through the inclined screen.
