Rewinder Paper Machine

Rewinder paper machine is used for reeling  the continuous production of the paper, is the last stage of paper making line. It is a work that cuts the width of the paper according to the specifications of the user’s requirements. It is a work that allows the hardness of the reel to achieve a uniform operation. Main equipment of AC841 rewinder

Divided into unwinder area, longitudinal section and reeling paper area three parts

Unwinder area: unwinder frame, longitudinal adjustment device, horizontal adjustment device, unloading the paper shaft guide rail.

Longitudinal section: a segmented correction roller, a longitudinal table guide roller, a longitudinal doctor, digital measuring device for positioning the longitudinal doctor, double paper separation device

Reeling paper: back bottom roll, front bottom roll, core clamping device, platen roll.
