Paper Pulping Process In Paper Making Line

Paper making project contains paper pulping process and papermaking process, the pulping process provides high quality fine pulp for papermaking system, and different raw materials need different pulping project, common pulping process are toilet paper pulping, kraft paper pulping, corrugated paper pulping, cultural paper pulping, coating paper pulping, etc.

Toilet/Cultural paper pulping process

Generally toilet paper use wood pulp as material, so that the pulp is more cleaner, and the pulping is more simple. During the pulping process, we need Chain Conveyor to convey the raw material into D type hydrapulper for pulping, then M.C. coarse pressure screen and M.C. fine pressure screen are worked as coarse and fine screening. Every paper pulp machine has a slurry to store the slurry or sent the slurry to the next device through the pump. The inclined screen is used to concentrate the slurry to increase the slurry concentration.

Kraft/Corrugated/Coating/Testliner paper pulping process

These paper usually use waste paper as raw material, and this material usually has many light and heavy impurities, so their pulping line need many cleaner and screening equipment to improve the good pulp rate.Firstly Chain conveyor convey waste paper into Drum pulper or D type hydrapulper for pulping, both two pulper equipment have coarse screening function, the next is cleaner system and screening system, in this system if capacity production is big, need install two parallel  High density cleaner, the following is M.C. coarse pressure screen, then is 1st stage Low density cleaner, 2st stage Low density cleaner, 3st stage Low density cleaner,  the next equipment is M.C. fine pressure screen for fine screening, and the inclined screen is used to concentrate the slurry to increase the slurry concentration.
