Energy-Efficient Double-Wire Linerboard Manufacturing Line
The paper manufacturing machine is engineered for high-performance production of linerboard and corrugated medium from 100% waste paper. Its double-wire forming section consists of an 8-meter top wire and a 23-meter bottom wire, both equipped with ceramic dewatering elements and a stainless steel vacuum couch roll. The press section uses a four-roll three-nip design with a vacuum suction transfer roll, a blind‑hole press roll, a vacuum press roll, and two large-diameter rolls, all hydraulically loaded with a dedicated servo-controlled hydraulic station. All frames are stress‑relieved and clad with 304 stainless steel, and all rotating pins are stainless steel with bronze bushings for smooth operation.
