5200mm Double-Layer Multi-Cylinder Paper Machine

This paper mill machine is a 5200/600 double‑layer multi‑cylinder design specifically engineered for high‑grade linerboard, white‑faced kraft, and coated linerboard. The paper making machine operates at 500 m/min with a net paper width of 5200 mm and a headbox nozzle width of 5650 mm, delivering a nominal capacity of 140,000 tons per year. The paper production equipment includes hydraulic headboxes, an 8+25.5 meter double‑layer wire section, a press section with vacuum pickup rolls and large‑diameter vacuum presses, and a drying section comprising 23 φ1800 dryer cylinders plus 6 φ1500 VAC cylinders in the front and 11 φ1800 plus 2 φ1500 VAC cylinders in the rear. An immersion size press and a horizontal reel spool reeling machine complete the paper industry machinery. All rolls are dynamically balanced, and the machine uses a fully enclosed steam hood, central lubrication stations, and a PLC‑controlled hydraulic system.
