4200/450 Double Wire Multi-Cylinder Paper Machine

This paper mill machine is a 4200 mm double wire multi-cylinder design specifically for testliner and corrugating medium. The paper making machine has a maximum net paper width of 4200 mm, a wire width of 4750 mm, and a headbox nozzle width of 4600 mm. Operating speed is 450 m/min with a design speed of 500 m/min and dynamic balance speed of 550 m/min.

Daily production capacity reaches 250 tonnes. The paper production equipment consists of a top wire section 8 meters long and a bottom wire section 23 meters long, a vacuum couch roll of 1000 mm diameter, a four-roll three-nip press with rolls of 1350, 1200, 1350 and 1350 mm, a dryer section with 25 dryer cylinders of 1800 mm and 7 VAC cylinders of 1500 mm arranged as 1+3/3+4/4+8 plus size press plus 1+8, a two-roll calender, and a cylindrical reel spool reeling machine with 10 reeling rolls. The paper industry machinery achieves dryness of 21 percent off wire, 48 percent after press, and 92 percent final dryness. Double-sided sizing amount is 5 to 8 g/m² with starch and surface sizing agent at 10 percent concentration. All rolls are dynamically balanced to G1.6, dryer cylinders to G2.5, and reeling rolls to G1.0. The machine has a single‑layer layout, available as left or right hand, with AC variable frequency sectional drives.
