Operating at 600 m/min with a dynamic balance speed of 800 m/min, the paper making machine accepts parent rolls up to Φ2200 mm and produces finished rolls up to Φ1400 mm on 76 mm cores. The paper production equipment includes a heavy‑duty unwinding stand with pneumatic brake and circulating water cooling, an arc spreader roller, a slitter station with five upper circular blades (HRC53‑55) and a bottom knife roll (Φ300 mm, ten annular edges at HRC58‑60), and dual support rolls (Φ500 mm) driven by a 55 kW 4‑pole variable frequency motor. The paper industry machinery uses a right‑hand configuration (left‑hand available on request) and is built on a welded steel frame with cast iron guide rails.
