2500mm Double Wire Multi-Cylinder Paper Machine

This paper mill machine is a 2500 mm double wire multi-cylinder design specifically for producing 100-250 g/m² linerboard and corrugated paper. The paper making machine includes an air-cushion headbox with 2800 mm lip width, a top wire section of 7 meters and a bottom wire of 19 meters, achieving wire exit dryness above 22 percent. The paper production equipment press section combines a K-type press with rolls of 850 mm and 800 mm diameter, followed by a double-felt large-diameter press with two 1350 mm rolls, reaching press exit dryness of 45 percent.

The drying section uses 30 dryer cylinders of 1800 mm diameter arranged in a 10+10+size press+10 configuration, plus a two-roll calendar and a horizontal reel. The paper industry machinery operates at a design speed of 300 m per minute, balancing speed of 400 m per minute, and working speed from 150 to 280 m per minute. All rolls are dynamically balanced, and the machine is built with stainless steel clad frames and ceramic dewatering elements for long service life.
