150TPD Fourdrinier Cultural Paper Machine
The cultural paper machine is specifically designed for producing high-quality writing paper, offset paper, and newsprint. This paper making machine combines a 18‑meter long wire section with a top wire former, ensuring excellent formation and retention for basis weights from 40 to 120 g/m².
The press section includes a vacuum suction transfer roll of 650 mm diameter followed by a four‑roll three‑nip compound press with rolls of 900, 1000, 1100 and 1100 mm, delivering press exit dryness of 44 percent. The drying section contains 12 VAC cylinders of 1500 mm and 32 dryer cylinders of 1800 mm arranged in six groups, with a film transfer size press and a two‑roll soft calender.
The machine operates at 500‑600 m/min working speed, 650 m/min design speed, and a dynamic balance speed of 750 m/min, producing 150 tonnes per day at 3050 mm net width. All frames are clad with 1.5 mm thick 304 stainless steel, and all stock‑contacting parts are made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The paper industry machinery includes a cordless sheet threading system, central oil lubrication, and a PLC‑controlled hydraulic station for reliable operation.
