This paper leading roll is a complete component designed to guide and support the paper sheet as it travels through the forming, pressing, and drying sections of the paper machine. Our paper leading roll is built with a Q235 steel shell with precision machining for excellent accuracy and durability.
The shaft heads of this paper leading roll are made from high-strength material with a precision-machined 1:12 taper and hydraulic oil withdrawal holes for easy bearing installation and removal. The paper leading roll can be supplied with either hard chrome plating for wear resistance or a rubber covering for improved sheet grip. The paper leading roll uses premium SKF bearings and grease lubrication for reliable, long-lasting operation. Each paper leading roll is dynamically balanced to G1 grade for smooth, vibration-free performance.
