Pressure-Type Arc Screen for Paper Production Line

The pressure-type arc screen works by spraying feed material through an adjustable lip onto the curved screen plate. The pressure-type arc screen uses high-speed tangential injection to push material across the screen surface for separation. The pressure-type arc screen has a fully enclosed, leak-free design with no rotating parts. The pressure-type arc screen is available in three sizes to suit different capacity needs. This pressure-type arc screen is used for fiber recovery from white water, pulp thickening, solids removal, fiber classification, fiber/filler separation, white water filtration, and wastewater treatment. The pressure-type arc screen has a stainless steel screen plate with slot widths from 50 to 250 microns. The pressure-type arc screen also features a full-width swinging spray pipe that intermittently washes the screen plate to keep slots open.
