For a typical 4300mm packaging paper production line, our piping system design spans multiple workshops and process stages. The stock preparation piping system handles pulp at various consistencies from the pulper through high density cleaners, coarse screens, low density cleaners, fractionation screens, fine screens, and refiners before delivery to the approach flow system. Our white water piping system efficiently circulates filtrate from the multi-disc filter back to the process, minimizing fresh water consumption. All piping components – from pipe spools and elbows to flanges, valves, and reducers – are specified in stainless steel with PN1.0 pressure ratings for corrosion resistance and long service life.

Our piping engineering covers the full spectrum of process lines required for a complete paper mill line. The stock preparation piping system includes all pipelines from the pulper discharge to the machine chest, with carefully sized pipe diameters ranging from 80mm to 350mm and wall thicknesses of 3mm to 4mm. Steam piping delivers saturated steam to the dryer cylinders and the Yankee dryer, while condensate return piping recovers hot condensate back to the boiler plant. Power and control cabling – from motor feeders to instrument signals – completes the electrical infrastructure, all designed and coordinated to eliminate interference and ensure safe, reliable operation.
