750 mpm Kraft Paper Machine in China
The kraft paper machine uses three air-cushion headboxes with dilution water control to ensure excellent fiber distribution across the full width for each layer. The kraft paper machine features a triple-wire forming section with a long wire table, full-ceramic dewatering elements, and high-efficiency vacuum systems for superior sheet formation and water removal. The kraft paper machine’s press section uses four-roll three-nip technology with large-diameter rolls to achieve high sheet dryness and reduce steam consumption. The kraft paper machine has a dryer section with 35 drying cylinders and 25 VAC cylinders arranged in groups for efficient drying. The kraft paper machine also includes a film transfer sizing machine for surface treatment and a reel drum-type reeling machine with automatic roll change. The whole kraft paper machine is driven by AC variable frequency sectional drives that provide precise speed control.
