The cultural paper machine integrates all essential sections into one production line: a hydraulic headbox that ensures uniform fiber distribution; a fourdrinier forming section with advanced dewatering elements for superior sheet formation; a press section that effectively removes water from the sheet; a dryer section with multiple drying cylinders arranged in groups for efficient drying; a size press that applies surface treatment for improved printing properties; and a reel drum-type reeling machine with automatic roll change.
The cultural paper machine also includes a complete lubrication system, hydraulic system, pneumatic controls, and a closed air hood. The whole cultural paper machine is driven by AC variable frequency sectional drives that provide precise speed control and load sharing between sections.
