Leizhan Technology Paper Machinery Co., Ltd. has successfully partnered with a Polish tissue paper manufacturer to deliver a complete wastewater treatment solution. This collaboration addresses the mill’s environmental responsibilities by implementing a robust system tailored to its specific production output and local discharge standards.

The treatment plan for the Polish mill focuses on four key objectives. First, it selects an advanced and rational process flow with optimized unit parameters to guarantee stable treatment of 800 m³/day. Second, the system ensures stable operation to achieve designed effluent quality, with provisions for future advanced treatment upgrades. Third, the process incorporates a highly efficient anaerobic stage to minimize energy consumption and enable biogas utilization, combining environmental protection with circular economy principles. Finally, a comprehensive sludge handling system is included, considering sludge reuse and final disposal.
