Core Components of the Feeding Station System

1. Feed & Recycle Tanks: Four units (2 feed, 2 recycle), each 2.0 m³, made of 304 stainless steel.

2. Rotary Lobe Feed Pumps: Three units (2 operating + 1 standby), capacity 80 m³/h @ 40m head.

3. Centrifugal Recycle Pumps: Two units, capacity 80 m³/h @ 35m head.

4. Cleaner System: One set with two independent banks of 6 cleaners each, single-pass capacity 250 L/min.

5. Grit Removal Tanks: Two sets for settling cleaner rejects, made of 304 stainless steel.

6. Pressure Screens: Two sets (Integra-screen-801 model) with 0.2mm slots and 316L wetted parts for continuous filtration.

7. Vibrating Screens: Two units (Integra-RSE 4P model), 120 m³/h capacity, with 60-mesh screens for recycle stream treatment.
