130 TPD Corrugated Paper Production Line For Customer From Ukraine
The paper mill in Ukraine has purchased the whole corrugated paper making line from our company. Include the whole paper pulp making line and corrugated paper machine.
Our pulp machine includes: pulper, screening, refiner, cleaner, conveyor & agitator, thickener equipment. The pulp equipment used in the paper making industry has been exported to 128 countries, and we has a good reputation at home and abroad.
This 130t/d high strength corrugated paper making project use LOCC as raw material, stock preparation machine starting from chain conveyor, it contains a complete set of pulping equipment such as pulping system, coarse screening system, fine screening system, high and low concentration cleaner system, approach flow system, tailings treatment system and slurry tank thruster.
- Continuous pulping process: 25m³ D type hydrapulper, Grapple, Rope cutter, Drum screen
- Coarse screening system: M.C. coarse pressure screen, Reject separator, Light impurity separator
- Fine screening system: M.C. fine pressure screen
- High and low concentration cleaner system: High density cleaner, Low density cleaner
- Approach flow system: Headbox, Inflow pressure screen
